Shipping policy

At Cereal Rations, we aim to ship your order as efficiently as possible, no unnecessary delays.

Domestic shipping (U.S. ONLY)

We currently only ship within the United States.

-Processing time: 2-4 business days

-Transit time: 3-7 business days via USPS First class or Priority mail(Delivery estimates may vary based on your location and mail carrier operations)

-Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are flat rate and calculated at checkout. This helps us keep things simple and transparent. We do not offer free shipping unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion or special campaign 

-Order Accuracy: Double check your shipping address before submitting. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to address issues, you will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

-Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the care of USPS. We are not liable for delivery delays, damages, or losses caused by the postal service, but we will do our best to help track it down if something goes sideways.

If your tracking says "delivered" but you cant find your package, please:

-Check with neighbors or your local post office

-Wait 48 hours in case of scanning delay

-Delivery Exceptions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time or International locations
